Terms of service
Overview
SimpleAIO is operated by John MacLeod, a sole proprietor based in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. By using SimpleAIO you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SimpleAIO audits how visible a website is in AI search and provides a scored report with recommended fixes. We provide the audit as-is — we do not guarantee specific outcomes in AI search results, as those are determined by third-party AI systems outside our control.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information at signup. You must be 18 or older to use the service. One account per person — do not share accounts.
Acceptable use
You may use SimpleAIO to audit websites you own or have permission to audit. You may not:
- Audit websites without authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the audit scoring system
- Resell or redistribute audit results without written permission
- Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Pay-per-audit purchases are non-refundable once the audit has run.
Agency white-label use
Agency plan subscribers may present audit reports under their own brand to their clients. You are responsible for how you present and use the reports with your clients. SimpleAIO is not liable for claims arising from your use of the reports with third parties.
Intellectual property
The SimpleAIO audit engine, scoring methodology, and software are our property. Your audit data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the websites or content you submit for auditing.
Limitation of liability
SimpleAIO is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
